We have staff here around the clock to support you and assist you with your server. Should you need anything to make your business run smoother we will be here available to do our best to provide it.

Upto 10 Hours of System Adminstration work per month per Server

You get 10 hours of dedicated time per month for our experts to manage your server and assist you with any issues you may be having. (Please note 5 hours are allocated automatically to security and service monitoring. So 5 hours are available for ticket support.)

Consultation regarding future hardware/software purchases

Need a second opinion? Not sure which provider/server to go for? We are here to help you every step of the way.

3rd Party Software Installation

If you have a new application for your server and would like it installing thats not a problem, you have 5 hours of time per month dedicated to assisting you with this installation and any issues you may have with the software.

Log Monitoring for unusual activity

Your logs are a vital part of telling how your server is performing, they also sound the alarm on any attacker which is why we monitor these 24/7.

Manipulation of Firewall Rules based on Log activity

Having logs of the attackers is not a lot of help if action is not taken to crack down on the hackers trying to get into your server so our staff monitors your server and constantly adjust your firewall to keep out intruders.

Security Updates as released by OS and/or Control Panel

Your software is your server, if your server is not up to date with the latest security patches and server upgrades then it is very likely to be vulnerable to a attack. At SiteShack, we test upgrades thoroughly as soon as your OS/Control panel vendor releases them and as soon as we are satisfied they are stable for production use they are applied to your server.

Consultation with a security expert on matters requiring customer action

We have staff to talk to if you have any security concerns or questions, this can be anything at all you have the slightest worry about, we are here to help. We will notify you immediately if there is something happening on your server, advising you what action we have taken and you can discuss your options with one of our security professionals.

Live Support

Live support via instant messaging software billed in 15-minute increments at our discounted rate of $45.00 USD/hour.

Overages require your approval

In any month when time is to exceed the 10 hour package:
Prior written approval will be required from the client unless a pre-authorized 'not to exceed' time period has been established. All additional hours will be billed at the discounted rate of $45.00 USD/hour.
